WONDER WOMAN
NOT the best sketch of WONDER WOMAN but I was in the mood to sketch and decided I would try a female this time then I remembered that 2009 they are thinking about doing a Wonder Woman movie so I looked out there for a little bit to see what I could find and one of the websites had this to say.
Big screen adaptation of this TV show WONDER WOMAN slated 2009. Sandra Bullock, Jennifer Lopez, and Jessica Biel are some of the people rumored to be considered for the title role.(rottentomatoes.com)
Taylor cole has also been a runner up for WW.(Bottom) I'm curious whom they'll choose this may be a great time for an unknown, as interesting as it might be to see Jlo playing the amazon of wonder Not sure she is the right fit for her. BUT hey I also said Keaton couldn't pull of the first BATSY MAN!!!! So Hey I could be wrong. Any thoughts from you guys?
Megan Fox might be a bit young but A stronger potential than SOME of the images above.
But Yahoo said this...

Lohan the One for WONDER WOMAN?
Thursday March 23 10:45 AM ET
Although no talks have even begun, Lindsay Lohan thinks playing the role of Wonder Woman in the upcoming feature would be "cool."
By Mark Umbach, FilmStew.com
Everybody is wondering which woman will be Wonder Woman. If it were up to starlet Lindsay Lohan, she says she'd take the pilot's seat in the invisible jet in a heartbeat. Buffy the Vampire Slayer vet Joss Whedon is currently developing a feature film based on the comic book superheroine for Warner Bros. Pictures.
While Lohan admits that she's currently looking for roles outside her current milieu of teen a kiddie films, she thinks playing Diana Prince would be too cool. "Wonder Woman would be cool. I'm trying to find roles right now that are different to anything I've done to show my abilities, to show that I have some sort of stretch in me. Because most of the things that I've done so far are aimed at younger girls and are light-hearted," she recently told OK! magazine.
Before focusing on any other film projects, however, Lohan wants to get her album completed. “I’m trying to work on some lyrics for my next album in my free time. It’ll be a little different to the last one – I’m starting recording next month," she said in OK!.
For three seasons Lynda Carter played the Golden Lasso of Truth-wielding, bulletproof cuff-wearing, American flag-donned hero on the CBS television series. One just wonders what Carter would thing of Lohan filling her red, patent leather boots.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
You know if she could stay out of rehab long enough she might be able to pull it off.AGAIN GUYS what are your thoughts

Kids' WB! Announces Spectacular Spider-Man
This in from superherohype.com

June 21, 2007
"The Spectacular Spider-Man" is the official title of the super hero's new animated series coming to the Kids' WB! on The CW, it was announced by Kids' WB! Senior Vice President and General Manager Betsy McGowen.
"The use of the 'Spectacular' title is a homage to Marvel's wildly popular series of Spider-Man comics, and is very reflective of the enthusiasm and high regard we have for the production," McGowen said. "This promises to be a stand-out animated series that will perfectly complement both Sony Entertainment's box office-shattering films and the amped-up action on Kids' WB! every Saturday."
Riding the crest of Sony's blockbuster Spider-Man 3, the new animated series -- slated to premiere on Kids' WB! in early 2008 -- picks up the world-renowned web-slinger's mythology at the beginning of his hero's journey as a not-so-typical 16-year-old with new-found powers engaging the multi-leveled pressures of teenage life while combating bigger, badder super-villains in the real world.
Greg Weisman ("Gargoyles," "The Batman") is supervising producer on "The Spectacular Spider-Man." Victor Cook ("Hellboy: Blood and Iron") is producer/supervising director. The series is produced by Culver Entertainment.

THE LAST PALADIN
This is a bit better than my last attempt at a Last Paladin sketch, by the way WHAT IS A PALADIN??? if you are interested you can see more of the character in Digital Webbing Presents. The creator is Ian Asher. GO E!!!! this was a cover I colored for this character that Ian published through DWP, I decided to embellish a little Ian said he wouldn't mind so I decided to have a little fun with it you know just something for the ol sketch book. HEHEHE I took some liberties with the size of the sword I thought he should have THIS HUGE OL BROAD SWORD.
For those that didn't see the hideous approach the first time through Ill post it again EWWWWWWWWWWW, WOW looks like two different artist... see how much rust builds up when you 1. when you don't keep the old wrist sketchin on something.

Caps Coming to the BIG SCREEN
Yes I drew this one (well more of a marker blue pencil sketch) hahahaha what follows next is an article NOT written by me. I do want to say however that I really wonder can they pull off a Captain America Movie? Now Don't GET IT TWISTED, my All time favorite comic company is marvel ever since my cousin and friend hipped me to them. I love seeing the characters come to life the only one I have ever REALLY been disappointed with was the Hulk and lets just say IT WASN'T BECAUSE of the GREEN SKINNED GOLIATH!!!! ILM ROCKED ON HIM best I've seen so far, but the STORY... you know what... NUFF SAID.
Captain America Movie Next From Marvel After Hulk!

by Alex Billington
This week has been a flurry of comic book movie news - Thor, Punisher 2, 30 Day of Night! And today it gets even better! Our friends over at Collider.com heard from Marvel's President of Production, Kevin Feige, that after The Incredible Hulk the next Marvel film will be Captain America! Feige spoke quite a bit about the project and the direction the film would take and that they already have a writer working on the script.
From the interview, Feige said that they don't have a director yet but that David Self is writing the script and they're hoping to get it into the pipeline within the next year. He also spoke about what they're planning to do with the project and whether it would be a period piece or not.
“Well I think we'll certainly have to play with that and play with Captain America being this patriotic propaganda machine on one hand but also being a very human Steve Rogers – interesting, fascinating hero in his own right."
So no chance of a period piece for Captain America? “Right now what we’re developing would be half and half."
Captain America is the superhero first introduced in 1941 known best by the shield he wields and his patriotic uniform. If you're a fan or just want to learn more, I suggest checking out the full quotes from Feige over at Collider.com.
Is anyone else pretty excited to see this coming together? I think Marvel's got the comic book movie genre in the bag right now, give or take DC's Batman, and their upcoming films already in production (Iron Man, Incredible Hulk) are going to be huge. This is going to be an exciting next few years for Marvel. (I agree..-D-)
ONE OF MY FAVORITE TEAMS other than the Avengers or X-men off course.

GATCHAMAN A.K.A. G-FORCE IS BACK!!!
AN ARTICLE FROM SCI FI JAPAN HAD THIS TO SAY...
Imagi Animation Studios announced this week that it will co-produce with Tatsunoko Production a feature-length CG animated film version of Tatsunoko’s popular TV anime series, SCIENCE NINJA TEAM GATCHAMAN. Originally produced in 1972, KAGAKU NINJA TAI GATCHAMAN was in many ways the forefather of the live action Super Sentai genre (known in the US as POWER RANGERS), and GATCHAMAN and its sequels were later made popular worldwide through English adaptations such as BATTLE OF THE PLANETS, G-FORCE and EAGLE RIDERS (originally Gatchaman’s sequel series, GATCHAMAN II). Gatchaman made its first big screen debut in 1978...The original Gatchaman series followed the adventures of a team of 5 young superheroes who worked on behalf of the U.N.’s International Science Organization to protect earth’s environment and resources against the villainous terrorist organization Galactor, lead by Berg Katse, and their beast-like machines and biological weapons. According to Imagi’s CEO and Vice Chairman Francis Kao, the new film, scheduled for a 2008 release,... (To read the rest of the article click on G-FORCE IS BACK!!!).

Some times I feel like Ive lost it , SOMETIMES IT LOOKS RIGHT BUT WHEN I SCAN IT ...ITS ALL WRONG!!! DAG ! GOTTA REMEMBER don't try and squeeze your character into a page it makes him look ( or her ) look stiff.
WHO IS THE SILVER SURFER
The Silver Surfer is a Marvel Comics character who was first introduced in September, 1966. The Surfer appeared in issue #48 of the monthly Fantastic Four comic book series, where he came to Earth to investigate the planet’s potential for feeding his master, Galactus. Since this appearance, the Silver Surfer has appeared consistently in the Fantastic Four books, as well as headlining his own series, The Silver Surfer, which published 146 issues over a thirty-year span.
The Surfer was born Norrin Radd on the planet Zenn-La, which came under threat by the world-eating being Galactus. Feeling he had a duty to protect his world, Norrin struck a deal to become the herald of Galactus: in exchange for sparing his home planet, Norrin would seek out other worlds which his new master could consume in order to sate his appetite. As part of the bargain, Norrin became the Silver Surfer, imbued with cosmic powers and a surfboard on which he can fly through the cosmos in search of these worlds.

RISE OF THE SILVER SURFER
OK... I'm not going to say anything just show pics. Wait this is my Blog I can do whatever I want... I KNOW SOME MAY DISAGREE WITH ME! (my BLOG HEHEHE) There are some really great movies coming out this year in comparison to last year a ton of great COMIC movies... Transformers, Spider-man, Fantastic Four, and BY great I mean they look great, granted the story was a bit challenged on Spidey but it was visually stunning. I go for the entertainment factor if I get Both STORY AND EYE CANDY Woooohoooo!!!... But I'm not as hard on movies as most guys especially all my writer friends here. We'll Here's hoping they don't disappoint. I hope they spend some money and Quality time on Surfer like they are doing in the advertising, I wouldn't PERSONALLY mind if the whole movie was about SS, But then it wouldn't be a FF movie BUT LIKE I said, I wouldn't care.

MY SILVER SURFER Sketches
The Image below os just quick colored pencils, I still think inking an image is so much better than pencils darkened, they just seem to be so much cleaner, but never the less here is an image I threw some color down on.
MAN I'm looking forward to the FF movie. MAN I STILL FEEL REALLY RUSTY!!!! I guess the only reason I'm looking forward to the movie is not for the Fantastic Four, but for Silver Surfer with the hope Galactus MAY make an appearance. BUT HEY!!! that's just me. Oh I should also mention that I got fussed out by Ian for Not having my post up !!!! HAHAHA HE was right so I apologize to all. so I'm going to add one more image. I keep looking at this image and thinking I should have bent the back leg or something.

THIS IS THE JOKER !!!!?????
I HAD SUCH A STRANGE DREAM
I've never seen anything like this before , I won't go into the dream but I will explain what the creature looked like... in this dream the creature looked like a plant at first then I noticed it didn't have the color of a plant and it was like a huge WIERD earth worm or snail .. actually I felt like it was a half plant half worm.... HA! SOMETHING LIKE THAT , anyway as I got closer to it I felt weak and at the end of the ... stem was these strange extensions that looked like a long leaf or a seaweed but it wasn't either. it took these flat tendrils and grabbed me... the only way I could get it to release me was to choke it or put my foot what I perceived to be his neck. it moved also across the ground at times almost like a snake... it stood out to me so much that I had to draw it. so in the drawing or sketch you'll see some what of the description. I wanted to do a painting but Im not sure I could quite capture it.
Kinda reminds me of this thing (I think its called a sea tree) just bigger and more dangerous... AND IT WAS ON LAND and IT WAS COMING AFTER ME.
